I felt very pleased , welcomed, and comfortable with my session meeting & talk with Kristen , my Therapist at Lifestance. I'm grateful for this opportunity to see a Therapist in the area town i reside in. I felt very at ease discussing my concerns with Kristen. I’ve been seeing Kristen since January and she is the best. It’s so easy to open up to her and makes you feel totally comfortable! I would definitely recommend Kristen and LifeStance for your needs.
Ms Thompson is very personable, a good listener, and offers useful insights and tactics for increasing motivation and decreasing anxiety. Though I haven't been with her long, I am hopeful she will be able to help me in these and other areas of my life.
