I came to Lifestance a little over a year ago, I was having multiple panic attacks a day and life felt like a literal cage! Kristine has been my super hero! I just have gained so many life tools and insight, I rarely have a panic attack now and when I sense one coming or in the midst, the tools have been able to curb or shorten them! I HAVE A LIFE AGAIN!!!
