Kristy is phenomenal. She takes the time to explain everything. I am always scared to take medication but she fully explained everything and made me feel at ease. 1000% recommend Kristy Taylor!!
I would give her a zero if I could. My medication was stolen. I showed her the police report and she still didn’t believe me. Another time I asked for an early refill because my pharmacy is closed on the weekend. She took both of those examples and claimed that I asked for early refills all the time. She then changed my medication. I went for help stating I was feeling suicidal and was going through the worst breakup and she turned all of the staff at Lifestance against me and blacklisted me to other providers. Kristy is a phenomenal med provider. She listens, advocates when she needs to and is very supportive. I would highly recommend her.
She saved my life. Not kidding. I have found her again. She's an amazing practitioner offering suggestions for medications that don't interfere with others taken. And, she's a wiz at calculating which combination of mèds will give you the best result; an instinctual and progressive process. She is personable.
