Patient, caring and a doctor who takes the time to understand exactly what parts of the hearing process, outside the data she just measured, are important. I have tinnitus, this masks some of the sounds I can hear; and she took the time to make the adjustments that have shown me that the the volume is my tinnitus can be reduced. This improves day to day life. Can’t recommend her enough.

Krystal was very knowledgeable in performing and explaining the hearing test she gave me. She was patient with my husband and I as we looked at the various hearing aids and asked questions about them. I haven't made a decision yet but I'm confident that Krystal will continue to help me with my choice.

Seemed standard testing, don't recall explained results, seemed thorough, explained process well. Still have plugged ear, need retest after blockage clears.
