Patient, caring and a doctor who takes the time to understand exactly what parts of the hearing process, outside the data she just measured, are important. I have tinnitus, this masks some of the sounds I can hear; and she took the time to make the adjustments that have shown me that the the volume is my tinnitus can be reduced. This improves day to day life. Can’t recommend her enough.
Krystal was very knowledgeable in performing and explaining the hearing test she gave me. She was patient with my husband and I as we looked at the various hearing aids and asked questions about them. I haven't made a decision yet but I'm confident that Krystal will continue to help me with my choice.
Krystal was great, made the intimidating experience of getting a hearing test painless and put me at ease. Highly recommend her if you need to get your ears checked!

The audiology testimg went smoothly and Krystal did a great job explaining what to do and when. I felt comfortable and relaxed and the testing only took about 10 to 15 minutes and then I was ready to see my Dr.
