Krystal couldn't have been easier to talk with. Yet being professional. She was very knowledgeable about her field of medicine. Will definitely see Krystal Somoza again if needed. She saw me within 5 minutes after my arrival.

Krystal was very knowledgeable in performing and explaining the hearing test she gave me. She was patient with my husband and I as we looked at the various hearing aids and asked questions about them. I haven't made a decision yet but I'm confident that Krystal will continue to help me with my choice.
Krystal is very personable, knowledgeable and bends over backwards to accommodate the needs of her clients, be it working them into her schedule at the last or responding to a request in an emergency situation (i.e loss of a device). She has earned the highest rating❤️ Paulette Marchant
