Always late...literally get 20 min and she's 10 min late (yet always ends my appt on time so I'm not even getting my full session), not prepared, does not know my meds, calls in wrong scripts, doesn't respond to pharmacy questions. A complete waste of money and very disappointing. She's totally checked out. I highly recommend finding someone else who actually cares. Bye Krystine. I want my money back for my last two sessions.

My intake appointment with Krystine went great! She was prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. She took her time asking questions and listening to my responses; the appointment didn't feel rushed in any way. I felt safe and comfortable talking with her. I will gladly continue seeing her and would recommend her to friends/family in need of a great psychiatrist.

My Lifestance Therapist is by far the best I’ve worked with and has helped me identify and work through quite a bit in a a short time. 5 Stars! My experience with Lifestance Psychiatry has felt impersonal and formulaic. I was offered a one-size-fits-all treatment plan with little effort to understand my unique history, needs, or feedback. Worked with Krystine for about a year and has been great. I am completely satisfied with her treatment. She works with me and my complex and changing schedule. Krystine ensures she stays up to date on my medical history and that I fully understand all parts of treatment. She always listens well.

Krystine is a wonderful person! Would recommend her to anyone. It was my first visit with her and she spent 40 minutes with me. Couldn’t ask for a better person.
