We have had to use K&S Plumbing two different times over the last couple of weeks in our vacation home and we have used them a few times over the past few years. I have to say, Joel at K&S has become my favorite technician. He is so thorough and he is very detailed in explaining what is needed for the repair. He also always gave us more than one option on how we could proceed with the repair so that we understood what we needed done and what choices we had in making those decisions. The team showed up when they said they would be there and they were on time. They were very knowledgeable. They worked well together and you kept the customer in mind. Very pleased with the job and they kept me informed on what going on and the timeline I would finish. I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them again.
They were prompt professional and knowledgeable and friendly and they did repair my plumbing in a timely manner
