Our condo flooded during the recent storm. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Erik. He is amazing. On time, calls to check in before showing up as he knows we have pets to kennel up, explains everything and nothing but professional. I am neuodivergant and he has taken the time to explain everything and that is so appreciated. Dealing with people in bad situations takes a certain person to handle. Erik is that guy. I could not suggest this company enough.

Kustom is a very good company; staff, crew, workers are great! Special kudos go to Michelle, Devin, Jacob & Gage. They were easy to deal with, very respectful & courteous. First phase of job was done well, explaining everything that was being done. Surely will refer them to others. Thank you.

I’m an electrician who does work for Kustom. Every job is well communicated and explained by the project managers Making the process of start to finish very easy for me and the homeowners. Would recommend Kustom for any of your construction needs.

Having a water event where it is just running everywhere throughout your house is an emergency and what you need is support from people who are outstanding in their jobs and really care. That's what I found with Doug and Michelle Lowe from Kustom. They were there within an hour after I'd called my insurance company. They assessed the situation, assured me it would be handled professionally and kept true to their word.
