This company is less than garbage. Had to call BBB and CSLB to get them to move on with a halfway, over budget project. After almost 4 years still isnt complete. It seems like a pattern with this company, over promise, over charge, then NEVER deliver. Zeb,We are sorry that you feel this way. You know all the complications with this project. Terrible so called mold experts. Do yourself and your customers a huge favor and stay away from 5 star. On my job they took about 10 days after their initial visit to remove the dish washer that flooded my kitchen. Due to their delay my cabinets had additional mold and water damage, that lead to big expenses and a full kitchen remodel. This is one of the worst experiences that I have had with a company during a very stressful time. This company was recommended by my insurance company when I experienced a major leak from a clogged pipe in my home. They came out to do the cleanup, sanitizing and drying of the areas of my home that were impacted by the flood. While they were doing work they shut off the water to my home when they went to turn it back on they broke the valve.
