Dear Kwik Fit Customer Services, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable service I received at your Bearwood branch (Bearwood Road, Birmingham) on 04/09/2025 I had a confirmed booking for 10:00am to check all four tyres on my Motability vehicle. I arrived early at 9:40am, handed over the keys, and was told by the staff member (without greeting) that it would take “up to two hours” and I would be called when the job was done. Steve and Mohammed were very professional. I arrived without an appointment had to leave the car till the next day as I needed new tyres I asked if it could be done by 1 pm as I had an appointment and it was ready on time. Thank you. To improve your service if you have a Motability client you can book a taxi for them to go to their destination and back free of charge to customer.
The engineer didn't waste any time checking out my complaint about the vehicle's and gave me a professional advice on the available options to deal with the repairs. After I decided on what to do, he went to work and got the car ready within the time he promised to deliver on the repairs.
They were able to see me on the same day and fixed the tyres in a couple of hours. Great, friendly, I’ll be back (although hopefully not).
