Just had my car's front tire repaired with a permanent patch for the puncture. Excellent service provided, great guidance on phone and while in shop. I am happy by the repair and highly recommend them!

Visited today for a prebooked prepaid appointment at 10.45 to be met with a discourteous and rude individual who told me in no uncertain terms that I had to leave the car there all day and he would see if they could do it. What is the point of prebooking if this is the attitude of the staff . I needed the car this afternoon and therefore left and got a refund after a 30 minute call to customer service. Very poor experience

Short staffed on the day of my MOT. I had to beg for air to be pumped into the tyres after the MOT has been completed. I was asked to come another day even though there was a warning sign on the dashboard indicating low tyre pressure.

I called in to book an appointment to change my windscreen wipers and I was advised to come in between 15:30pm and 16:00pm. I arrived at 15:45pm and a particular staff member was extremely rude and clearly was lacking in communicating with customers with respect. I was told that they did not have time to change my windscreen wipers and my question was, why did you not call me back to inform me of this. Based on my experience there, I will not be returning again. I am surprised how that member of staff is employed there!
