There were some issues that were not Kwik fits fault, but when it comes down to it, the job i needed completing that was important to me never got done, i never even got a call to let me know what was happening. The website wasnt the easiest to book multiple jobs, i am so disappointed in the bad service, this was my first visit and it will be my last.I would rather pay three times the price and get the service you want.
Zero review because I went to ask about a tyre leak check and at 10am on Saturday morning the garage was completely empty. I was refused to be seen as they said they are expecting a booking. No other customer on the site was being seen. Ridiculous waste of time. Don't bother going here. Use another reputable garage instead of Kwik fit and change the name of your company!
Andy and Mike were absolutely excellent! I came in last year on a Sunday morning worrying about my tyre pressure before I travelled on the M1 with my kids. They checked the pressures, gave me advice and sent me safely on my way. I was really grateful. They are really helpful and great assets to the business! Thank you
