Today I arrived on time for my booking at 16:30 for two new tyres to be fitted, which I booked online. At around 17:00, I challenged the member of staff in the waiting room regarding the delay and he said they were short staffed (of which I can sympathize). However, he also said that he had overbooked as he did not see my booking online. He was very lethargic and unapologetic. I was in a rush (had a boot full of buffet, needed for a retirement do at 12) when I realised I had a flat tyre at 11 whilst on route to the party. So I just turned up flustered and panicked, the guy on reception was very helpful in squeezing me in and getting my car back on the road within 45 minutes. The whole experience was quick (Kwik :-)), friendly and efficient. What more could you ask for!
Had my car’s AC recharged at Kwik Fit Bolton—excellent service! They did a vacuum leak test (passed), added 0.5 kg of R-134a and PAG oil. The system was empty before, but now it’s blowing cold air perfectly. Friendly, professional staff. Highly recommended!
Shocking don't recommend getting any tyres fitting here, unless you want damaged alloys and no offer of a fill refund nothing poor customer service . Still waiting on the manger of the branch getting back to me with a response .
Had 2 new tyres fitted last week. Since then, noticed a drop in tyre pressure on one of them . Phoned up today, Hamed said they would take a look and within an hour the problem ( faulty valve ) was dealt with and resolved - at no cost . 5 star review based on overall very good customer service . The original visit was also good- dealt with by appointment and job done within an hour . The Starbucks next door is an ideal spot to have a coffee whilst job being done, too.
