I visited today with a puncture, Hamad was welcoming and professional. He ensured my car was seen to without much delay, and also ensured all the tyres had the correct pressure in them. Safety was at the heart of this new manager. The previous manager wasn't as professional and I felt uncomfortable going there. Glad to see a welcoming manager with great customer service skills.
I rang up to get an appointment as I was worried how long I would have to wait if I brought my car in. The man who answered the phone told me to bring my car in and he would fit it in immediately and that’s what happened. I hadn’t been well so having to hang about for long periods worried me. Day before I went on a driving holiday to I discovered I had problems with a wheel / tyre and also my tyre pressure management system was not working caused by a recent local garage repair. Rang Kwik Fit, Manchester Road, Bolton on a Friday at 4:30pm and spoke to a very patient and helpful chap called Faheem and although they were very busy the next day he asked me to bring my vehicle in first thing in the next morning and said he would do his best to sort me out as I was going on a driving holiday the next day. I was in a rush (had a boot full of buffet, needed for a retirement do at 12) when I realised I had a flat tyre at 11 whilst on route to the party. So I just turned up flustered and panicked, the guy on reception was very helpful in squeezing me in and getting my car back on the road within 45 minutes. The whole experience was quick (Kwik :-)), friendly and efficient. What more could you ask for!
Today I arrived on time for my booking at 16:30 for two new tyres to be fitted, which I booked online. At around 17:00, I challenged the member of staff in the waiting room regarding the delay and he said they were short staffed (of which I can sympathize). However, he also said that he had overbooked as he did not see my booking online. He was very lethargic and unapologetic.
