Fast friendly honest service. I had a problem with my brakes and they were the only place I could find that would help out at short notice. Great service - I'll be using them again!
I've been going to this Kwik Fit branch for just over 10 years, and I've never had any issues with their customer service. The team is always helpful, polite, and willing to explain things clearly. Most recently, I had my timing belt replaced. Everything has been running smoothly since, and I had no concerns with the quality of the work. I even called them afterward to confirm some technical details, and they were happy to assist me over the phone without hesitation. They done a great job! I turn up there without appointment and I was lucky enough to be seen by their team...one hour later my car was done with 2 new wheels which I had damaged with nails accidentally the day before...and the fix a third wheel too..plus other things...Great service
What a fantastic helpful team Very friendly staff at work, polite and helpful I was particularly touched with the empathy they showed another customer that was clearly distressed about her car. The reassurance they showed her was quite touching. They sat her down and even made her a cup of tea. The lads in the centre are clearly under pressure due to space for parking and not enough work bases to meet its demand.
