Recently went into this centre to have a tyre changed, I was well looked after, everything was communicated to me including realistic expectations and wait times. They were clearly busy and yet found the time to fit me in and get me on my way precisely when they said they would. Clearly a well run centre, keep it up!
Excellent. Friendly people who were happy to help. I am disabled and can't bend down to check tyre pressures and they did it for me without a quibble. I will definitely use them for my next lot of tyres even though they are a good distance from where I live.
Took my car in after the back box of my exhaust fell off. They had it up on the ramp in about ten minutes and let me know that the middle of the exhaust had a hole in it also. Even though their suppliers weren't delivering at that time of the day, the Kwik Fit guy went to collect the parts himself and had my car all fixed in a few hours. And the price was pretty reasonable too. They even checked my wheel alignment for free. First time using them, so I was super impressed. I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for kwik fit, they have fitted my MOT last minute and have been nothing but kind and accommodating. Their service has been incredible and have been so kind. I have had really bad experiences with garages and I would highly recommend them. Thank you! They have helped me numerous times in the past and I always will go back :)
John at the Reception was fabulous in helping us diagnose a problem with our Honda car. We came from Croydon to Bournemouth and this orange battery light kept appearing. John said this was to do with our battery in the FOB and he was most definitely right. After changing the battery, the orange light vanished! Unfortunately, it was raining cats and dogs but John was so nice and came to check our car himself and was super polite in conversation. Thank you so much for your kind help 😊
