I purchased two premium tyres, drove out of Garage under a mile, to recieve a notification of tyre pressure loss. Called and spoke to hasnain who Advised to Bring the car back. Hasnain checked and reassured me everything was fine and put more air in, drove out a further 3 miles, to receive a further notification of air loss. I Spoke to hasnain the following morning as I explained to him, as I was flying away for two weeks to come back to both my tyres being flat. This garage is obsoletely atrocious. Useless lazy people running and managing this place. Had my car booked in for MOT, when I arrived I was told they had a "Power Failure". Yes things happen which are out of your control, however at least notify me to tell me rather than letting me waste a journey to the garage. Didn't even bother help me rearrange or even refund me!! Really professional very friendly and easy approaching staff very good at explaining everything i also was asking for stuff i didn’t need and they explained it to me and help me save costs really appreciate that
Thank you to Ajmaeen and Saahir for helping out at short notice when both coolant and oil was almost empty. Als, both were very busy today, but still squeezed in some extra time to top up air on my car tyres. Excellent customer service and both guys are very nice Gents. Thank-you fellas 👍
