Exceptional customer service from Gimmy and his team iffy. I asked countless questions over the phone about the pricing, and Gimmy was very kind, patient, and humble, even when I asked the same thing two or three times. Iffy was exceptional in terms of advising me the right thing for my car. I had wheel balancing and alignment issues. Such staff is real advocate of a brand. Wish I could give it zero stars. Had a brake check booked in at 9am after waiting over a week for the slot. It states online that it should be completed within an hour. First thing I was told was I'd need to leave the car with them as they would need it for a few hours. I had a 1 year old child with me and advised that was not possible and I could wait upto 1 hour as stated online. Very pleased with the wheel alignment service at Kwik Fit. The booking was easy, the staff were helpful, and the work was completed on time. My steering is now perfectly aligned, and the car feels much more stable on the road. I would definitely use them again.
Took our car in to have a puncture repaired at the Thornbury Kwikfit while you sit and wait. It came back all done, but unfortunately they took it upon themselves to not only unplug our dash cam, but rip it off the windscreen too. My husband was sitting in the waiting room, why didn’t they just ask him to unplug it if they had things to hide? Very unprofessional with an extremely arrogant attitude. The person answering the phone also needs a lesson in manners and professionalism too.
Car was booked in for 8.30 for a 45 minute job to replace a sensor for my TPMS. They took it through at 8.30 and by 8.55 I was back on the road, on my way home. A great set of lads and excellent customer service. Really pleased, thank you 😊
