Absolutely brilliant service at Kwik Fit! From the moment I walked in, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Layton, in particular, was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything that needed to be done. My car had a service and new tyre fitted earlier this week. They guys were really helpful and friendly, and the work was done within in good time. As my car is on a contract with Autoserve and all work is taken care of by them I wasn’t given any form of paperwork. This isn’t a big issue but would have been nice just for peace of mind. This aside, I won’t hesitate to use them again.
The supervisor Dan was very helpful and empathetic to the issues we faced this morning. We were sat for 45min before the car being looked at, even though our car was booked in prior to visit. The man who was working on our car spent more time on his phone and vaping before he was told by his supervisor to get on with his work.
I mistakenly booked my MOT at the Bristol Kwik Fit instead of the Thornbury location and had already paid online. Despite this, the mechanics at Kwik Fit Thornbury were able to fit me in without a booking and complete the MOT. Thanks so much!
I will be revisiting this place again. I had an emergency as I realised my tire had burst, I managed to drive to kwik fit and a young boy called Layton who was working in the reception managed to fit me in ASAP despite them being fully booked up. He was the one to actually change my tyre himself straight away as he knew I was in a rush. He was so lovely and professional I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.
