The manager Jamie was very friendly and accomodating. Saw him deal with a an elderly lady and nothing was too much trouble and helped her with her car with a smile on his face and very reasonably priced.

I paid and booked my car DX63DXP for MOT and full service. I have received the MOT pass certificate but no paperwork or invoice for the service. I have already contacted the Thornburry Kwikfit once several days ago. They said the invoice will be sent to my email address. But I have not received the mail yet. So I don't actually know if my car was serviced and I also do not have any documents that shows my vehicle was serviced this year.

Really good customer service. Been before and they always advice you the best option for you which might not always mean a charge to them at all.. Would 100% recommend

Zee and Bilal was really good and really looked after me. They made me feel really comfortable and really helped me understand more about my car and wheels.. They were very knowledgable and was amazing, will defo be back.

Have used Kwik Fit for several years; always feel welcome, staff are professional, friendly, and everything is explained clearly. Good value for money. Really appreciate that you can just drop in if you need to, or book an appointment, and communication is excellent. Very highly recommend.
