Absolutely brilliant service at Kwik Fit! From the moment I walked in, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Layton, in particular, was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything that needed to be done. I was driving by when I read “wheel alignment” so did a quick U-Turn and straight drove into the premises, walked into reception and a nice young man by the name of Bilal greeted me, asked me what the issue was, I explained, he immediately on the spot took the car in and on the ramp, did what he needed to do, called me and showed me where the issue was, explained thoroughly what the issue was and then got cracking on, 15 minutes later. The supervisor Dan was very helpful and empathetic to the issues we faced this morning. We were sat for 45min before the car being looked at, even though our car was booked in prior to visit. The man who was working on our car spent more time on his phone and vaping before he was told by his supervisor to get on with his work.
My car had a service and new tyre fitted earlier this week. They guys were really helpful and friendly, and the work was done within in good time. As my car is on a contract with Autoserve and all work is taken care of by them I wasn’t given any form of paperwork. This isn’t a big issue but would have been nice just for peace of mind. This aside, I won’t hesitate to use them again.
Great service always happy to help and go the extra mile ro help no complaints recommend this place to everyone if they cant do it they will help you find someone that can (e.g specialists in certain brand car parts)
