Following a puncture during travel, and no availability for same day repair (needed for return travel) on the website, I contacted the centre direct. They said I could come in, after checking stock, on arrival the car was taken straight into the workshop and the tyre was replaced. Very happy with the service and professionalism from this centre.
Brought car in for MOT which needed new break pads and discs. drove home which took a couple of minutes. Next day could not even open car doors, had to open car door manually with key and car would not start. Battery was in the boot which was more of a pain. Battery totally dead. Dont know what you guys did to totally drain my battery. Used this garages years ago for a tyre reapir, the guy put money into his own pocket, so did not really trust this garage. Amazing service as always. Won’t come anywhere else for tyres - great service, attention to detail and good value. Twice in last month and sorted both times.
I paid and booked my car DX63DXP for MOT and full service. I have received the MOT pass certificate but no paperwork or invoice for the service. I have already contacted the Thornburry Kwikfit once several days ago. They said the invoice will be sent to my email address. But I have not received the mail yet. So I don't actually know if my car was serviced and I also do not have any documents that shows my vehicle was serviced this year.
Really good customer service. Been before and they always advice you the best option for you which might not always mean a charge to them at all.. Would 100% recommend
