I cannot recommend this branch highly enough. They are incredibly friendly, understanding, and supportive. What really sets them apart is their honesty—they never try to "milk" the customer or suggest unnecessary work. They provide such a high quality of service that I refuse to go anywhere else. Took our car in to have a puncture repaired at the Thornbury Kwikfit while you sit and wait. It came back all done, but unfortunately they took it upon themselves to not only unplug our dash cam, but rip it off the windscreen too. My husband was sitting in the waiting room, why didn’t they just ask him to unplug it if they had things to hide? Very unprofessional with an extremely arrogant attitude. The person answering the phone also needs a lesson in manners and professionalism too.
Got a tyre puncture on way home from work, called kwik fit and was told to come in whenever, the guys at reception were kind and spoke respectfully, definitely kwik fit best service ive had, and ive used kwitfit alot
So I spoke to Dan reguarding an issue with my car, but I suffer a stammer so I struggle getting my words out, Dan was so nice, helpful and patient with me, trying to help as much as he could, asked if there was anything he could do to help, so I decided to ask if I could just show him, instead of trying to describe the problem. I was driving by when I read “wheel alignment” so did a quick U-Turn and straight drove into the premises, walked into reception and a nice young man by the name of Bilal greeted me, asked me what the issue was, I explained, he immediately on the spot took the car in and on the ramp, did what he needed to do, called me and showed me where the issue was, explained thoroughly what the issue was and then got cracking on, 15 minutes later.
