I’ve just been to the garage for a free brakes check. Not only did the manager conduct the check but he also removed the cause of the problem. Amazing profesional service- much recommended
Fantastic service from the team today. Last minute emergency flat battery as we were leaving for our family camping trip. Phoned ahead and spoke to Jack (brilliant customer service, went above and beyond!) who arranged to collect the battery we needed from the supplier and fit it, all in under 90mins! Thank you for saving us, now on our way again! 😊
Absolute joke of a place. Horrendous customer service. Was booked in for 2 tyres (basic right?) Turned up 10minites early. Was waiting in reception for 5 minutes. Then got told my vehicle was too big to change the tyres inside. Had explained the size and it would need to be done in the car park on the phone. He rudely said no we can't do that, even though there was already another vehicle fully jacked up in the car park. Got told go to a van center then. great customer service, very welcoming, particularly from lee. had a puncture in my tyre, they fixed it very quickly. overall a great experience and will be coming back when needed🙂
