I received quick, fast, and professional service from KwitFit. I chose them because they offer a free check that examines 29 items, which is a great benefit ahead of the MOT. I also decided to change my tires with them. They had plenty of availability, and the prices were comparable to other places—maybe around ten pounds more than some cheaper options. However, the convenient location and excellent service made it worth it for me.
Noticed a flat tyre on the drive to work. Called KwikFit and dropped off my car within 30 minutes. They promptly checked tyres in stock and ordered a matching replacement which was fitted before the end of the day. They communicated well - I would highly recommend.
Extremely poor service from quick fit fishponds. I got there on Sunday morning with an emergency - I got hit by a van the previous day and lost the wing side mirror. I managed to buy the parts online and I needed a fitting from them as it’s illegal to drive otherwise. They told me they were fully booked and I asked them that I appreciated that but it would have most likely been a 5 min job. They said they could not do it. I had a very positive experience here. The service was quick, reliable, and well organised from start to finish. Staff were professional, clear about what needed doing, and there were no unnecessary delays
Car booked in was easy and fast and we were able to drop it off an hour early. It took a long time for two tires to be changed and although I got an apology, I was disappointed that the mechanic implied I had caused the issue to the damage to one of the tires. So much so my husband had to say it was not appreciated. Will not be returning, unless an emergency due to it being close to where we live.
