I booked an MOT and service online a month in advance, only to receive a phone call at 30 minutes before closing on the Sunday before my appointment (8:30am the following Monday) informing me that they aren’t actually a service centre and couldn’t carry out the work on my van. This is something they could have told me weeks before, which would have allowed me to arrange my MOT and service elsewhere without any last-minute hassle.
Had a issue with a screw in one of my tyres. Walked in and it was sorted out. Waited about but happy with Kwik fit team. Thank you 😊
I’ve just been to the garage for a free brakes check. Not only did the manager conduct the check but he also removed the cause of the problem. Amazing profesional service- much recommended
great customer service, very welcoming, particularly from lee. had a puncture in my tyre, they fixed it very quickly. overall a great experience and will be coming back when needed🙂
Fantastic service from the team today. Last minute emergency flat battery as we were leaving for our family camping trip. Phoned ahead and spoke to Jack (brilliant customer service, went above and beyond!) who arranged to collect the battery we needed from the supplier and fit it, all in under 90mins!
