I’ve just been to the garage for a free brakes check. Not only did the manager conduct the check but he also removed the cause of the problem. Amazing profesional service- much recommended
they didn’t finish my mot stating it was too dangerous to continue but didn’t offer any solutions in fixing it, and when i asked for a refund since they didn’t finish the mot they got funny about it. i didn’t leave until they provided me information on how to get a refund back. called a different garage (ashley down garage) who were able to finish the mot and fix stuff on the same day - as a girl who already gets weary about going to new places that deal with cars, i don’t recommended going here - unpleasant, feels like ever... read more
The manager was very pleasant and issued me a refund. So I thank him for that. They tried to re-gas my AC system but reported it having leaks. Took the car elsewhere for a 2nd opinion and not only did they not find any leaks, but the AC now blows cold air as Air Con Jon in Yate were able to re-gas without any issues. Not sure what happened at Kwik Fit but after three attempts they weren't able to re-gas my AC. Having a burst tyre just up the road we arrived one hour before closing. We were told they couldn’t book us in until the morning but they offered to fit the spare for me. After removing the wheel they then proceeded to fire a new tyre for me. We were in and out in half an hour. Such brilliant service, I will definitely return to the branch for all future tyre needs
I booked a 3pm appt for an aircon replenishment. Arrived early (2.45pm) and told they would not work on car till nearer 5. Work started at 4.30 and completed at 5.30. No explanation or apology offered
