Went in and the service was exceptional, the staff sorted the car out. Owen was very good at giving me advice on the tyres I should choose, after asking me various questions about the distances travelled etc. The other member of staff was efficient and both seemed to work well together. Will use them again.
My absolute go to every time. Staff, prices and service are great. John and Nick have gone out of their way to help me on several occasions, always on the nose, trustworthy and kind. I’m beyond grateful and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. It’s a bonus they are also close by. 5*
Shame I didn't get the lads name but I took my car in today with a suspected puncture, left it with them and returned 2 hours later to be told it has been thoroughly checked and no puncture and the icing on the cake..... No charge. Excellent service and highly recommended. Thank you
I was on my holiday travelling from Hornsea to Cleethorpes when I looked for a Kwik Fit to sort a screw in my tyre. The Kwik Fit near Hornsea had no space for me for the next 4 hours but I pulled into this Hull shop and was promptly dealt with there and then. I was super happy with the quick resolve to my issue, the reasonable cost and the friendliness of the staff. I popped to a lovely Italian bar for a delicious breakfast whilst waiting.
I went to the Anlaby site on sat 3rd of February ( so they know who they are).4 very polite and interested young men looked at the advisories my usual garage had put on my mot with the advice I should look at getting a new car as it wouldn’t last the year. I was disappointed in my trusted garage as one of the advisory’s was brakes needed checking regularly and part of the sub frame needed welding.
