Thank you for the lovely guys who helped me today. As a female I feel these environments can be really overwhelming, but all the men were really kind and respectful. Really looked after me and will definitely return again in the future
Had mot done Monday. They changed our window wipers and passed the car. Thursday now we are having a service and we're told our 2 front tyres are illegal and 1 even has a nail in it!! We have a baby and 2 young children in the car daily and it's winter. We need to have a safe car! Unsafe business!
Always come here since moving to Hull. Friendly staff, quick efficient service. Comfortable chairs in the heated waiting room, polite and respectful staff member turned radio off at my polite request.
Took my car in on New Year's Eve for them to look at my rear passenger side tyre the sensor kept going off to say trye was low, they rung me a couple hours later to say I needed two new front tyres and the problem with the rear tyre was fixed, collected it driving home it beeped at me again to say rear passenger back tyre was low again reset it then rang them up last Friday to say the sensor went off again took it back collected the car and yet again it peeped at me to say low again, needless to say I've given up on them twi... read more
My absolute go to every time. Staff, prices and service are great. John and Nick have gone out of their way to help me on several occasions, always on the nose, trustworthy and kind. I’m beyond grateful and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. It’s a bonus they are also close by. 5*
