I took my mobility car into this garage today 22/02/2026 without no appointment. I was first spoken to by a young man who unfortunately I don't know the name of. He was very helpful and polite and despite already been busy he told me to take a seat and immediately went to repair the tyre on my car. I was then approached by Josh who apologised for my wait and explained they were waiting for approval from mobility. I just wanted to compliment KwikFit on Spring Bank, Hull on their excellent service and professionalism on the 8th January, in replacing a punchured tyre on my car. I want to especially thank Daniel for his helpfulness and friendliness to myself. A lovely young guy.
As a Motability driver I had a blowout on a Sunday at 3.30 pm. Managed to limp to Springbank just before they closed at 4.00pm. The guys couldn't be more helpful, contacted Motability and had my tyre changed within 20 mins. Couldn't be more helpful if they tried! Highly recommended, great people, great service.
At 10 minutes to closing time I rolled up to the forecourt with a flat tyre in the boot and a standby wheel on the car. The 2 fitters couldn’t have been more happy to renew the tyre and fit it back onto the car. The price quoted appeared to be a fair price and I was completely satisfied as I drove away.
States on the sign no booking required however the first question they ask is have you got an appointment? If you haven't your sent away as they are fully booked with 1 car in the garage….. Don't appear to be very helpful with contract vehicles. If your told ill be back with you in a minute expect a minimum of 20 minutes while they have a vape and a chat
