States on the sign no booking required however the first question they ask is have you got an appointment? If you haven't your sent away as they are fully booked with 1 car in the garage….. Don't appear to be very helpful with contract vehicles. If your told ill be back with you in a minute expect a minimum of 20 minutes while they have a vape and a chat

Had a blow out while on my way to Hull hospital, after my appointment I drove to Kwik fit, the lads in there were great, my colleague had to be back in Leeds for his daughters prom, and they made this happen. Wish other Kwik Fit guys were this good.

Woke up Bank holiday Monday with a flat tyre that barely lasted 5 minutes pumped up. Fortunately Kwik-fit were open and they booked me in within the hour. Excellent service at a reasonable cost, top guys. Cheers

Guys were so awesome. They got everything done in only a few hours they went out of their way to get parts on a Sunday and they explained everything when I had questions. So appreciative for them.

Wonderful staff, all are very helpful, and a big shout out to Jack, who helped out with my daughter's car and stayed past his working time to help her with the collection of her car due to her circumstances, this was a massive help, we cannot thank you enough. Excellent customer service.
