I've given a review on first impressions, customer service was great no problem, my first car only passed beginning of this year. They gave me a free health check, tyres, oil, windscreen wiper wash and brake fluid. Highly recommended! Our car reported a puncture and we drove cautiously to this Kwik Fit for advice. We got the hugely professional and reassuring Jay and 40 minutes later we were back on the road home to London. He told us the tyre only needed a minor repair and charged us £29.95. His honesty and fantastic service have restored our faith in people!
I call in the morning as I need a slow puncture to be repaired. I'm told they can do it today if I leave it with them. I bring the car in at about 10am and give them the keys. I'm told my car will go in after 5pm and they'll let me know when it's ready. 5.30pm and I haven't heard anything so I think I'd better walk down there as they close at 6pm. Took car in for new tyre. Was told they will call me when it’s done. That never happened. I tried to call them multiple times and can’t get through. Wasted all day and they didn’t care. Won’t be back and will warn everyone I know. Update- This happened a few weeks ago and now the tyre light is back on so maybe they never even changed the tyre who knows. Bunch of cowboys.
