Highly recommended! Our car reported a puncture and we drove cautiously to this Kwik Fit for advice. We got the hugely professional and reassuring Jay and 40 minutes later we were back on the road home to London. He told us the tyre only needed a minor repair and charged us £29.95. His honesty and fantastic service have restored our faith in people!
I call in the morning as I need a slow puncture to be repaired. I'm told they can do it today if I leave it with them. I bring the car in at about 10am and give them the keys. I'm told my car will go in after 5pm and they'll let me know when it's ready. 5.30pm and I haven't heard anything so I think I'd better walk down there as they close at 6pm. I’ve had appointments on Friday and then something came up and I called the place and explained what happened they offered me immediate treatment They changed my tyres Super professional Will definitely go there again
Took the car for MOT and service. Staff were very nice and friendly. But problem is with service. In the afternoon, they rang me with a long list of items need replacement and fixing, including two tyres, quoting for around £850 on top of fee I had paid. I was fine and gave them a go ahead. When came home, realized no tyre has been replaced. Took it there the day after which they confirmed they have forgotten to replace tyres for me. Poor customer service. Avoid. Used reason that power was going off on site to say could not replace a bulb in a headlight. Hmm not sure exactly what power would have been needed other than a friendly human. Use kirkstall.instead where team are fab, efficient and friendly.
