A good bunch of lads. Did my mot on time and sorted an issue on the spot for me. Everyone was friendly but also professional. Good waiting area and plenty of parking spaces. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Very good customer service for MOT. Very professional, fast and efficient. Nice lounge for customers to sit in whilst waiting, quiet and good background music. The wifi worked well. Competitive prices. Will go back for sure.

Booked our company vehicle in for tracking and new tyres . In business hours brought the vehicle to them to be told they didn’t have the tyres in we needed ( they had not asked prior what tyres they were , took reg and said that was fine) couldn’t do tracking . Shocking customer service , spoke to manager who couldn’t care less . He’s the one who originally booked it in ?? Would advise in future when you book vehicles in especially commercial to take more information instead of wasting people’s time and money !

Car was booked in for 11.30 Saturday morning, I arrived about 20 mins early for my booked appt time. I was very warmly welcomed and reassured being early wasn't an issue and they could start earlier. Asked what my concerns were with tyres. Car was taken in straight away and within a few minutes I was advised what was found and also shown an image of the nail in the tyre shoulder. My car went in for a tyre health check and ultimately multiple tyre changes. I recieved excellent customer service over the 2 days because they had to order my tyres in. Lewis & Wayne top blokes!! Thank you very much for your help and customer service with a smile.
