We discovered our car had a flat tyre just as my wife was about to leave for work. We called the lease company who arranged recovery and took it to the Gedlered Road depot. Unfortunately, we received a call saying they were extremely busy, and we would be looking at an 18.00hrs collection. Approximately 3hrs layer we receive a call to say the vehicle was ready for.collection. Brilliant job by all involved, really grateful for the Kwik job.

Very good customer service for MOT. Very professional, fast and efficient. Nice lounge for customers to sit in whilst waiting, quiet and good background music. The wifi worked well. Competitive prices. Will go back for sure.

A good bunch of lads. Did my mot on time and sorted an issue on the spot for me. Everyone was friendly but also professional. Good waiting area and plenty of parking spaces. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Booked our company vehicle in for tracking and new tyres . In business hours brought the vehicle to them to be told they didn’t have the tyres in we needed ( they had not asked prior what tyres they were , took reg and said that was fine) couldn’t do tracking . Shocking customer service , spoke to manager who couldn’t care less . He’s the one who originally booked it in ?? Would advise in future when you book vehicles in especially commercial to take more information instead of wasting people’s time and money !

Do not go here if you are a woman. Had my MOT done here, failed it and was told it would be £500 to get my brakes fixed. Called my dad and he said it sounded like I was being scammed, took it to my local garage at home and it was £350 instead. So yes I was being scammed.
