Great team, great service. Would recommend. First time I have been to this Kwik Fit and honestly have came away happy with the service they provided. I was booked in for a full service which brough some issues up, which they fully communicated and agreed on a solution and price to fix the issues which were outside the Full service price, the team also fixed some other small problems as well during the service. This is the second occasion that this branch has helped me out of a tight spot. Initial wait time was 3-4 hours but they said they would try to squeeze my car in which needed a new tyre because of a nail!. Garry booked my company car in with a smile despite being overrun with jobs. Lee did a tidy job of replacing the tyre, obviously under stress but still polite and smiling. I was very surprised, I usually use local tyre places and garages,but was recommended it by my own garage for tyre alignment, the customer service was excellent from the moment i called, the price was very competitive. When I got there they had a nice clean waiting room, then the job was done one of the young engineers came over and explained and showed everything they did. That was brilliant. Hats of to all the lads there. great allround service. I'd recommend this place deffo.

After finding this big bad boy in my car tire 🛞 I booked in at kwik fit as I needed to use the car for family stuff later that day I called spoke to Gary who was amazing booked me in at 12 I arrived 5 min before my appointment took keys from me and got straight on with the job even tho it was busy we had a lad called Callum who sorted the tier out I took my 7 year old wild child with me who was asking Callum lots of questions about his job it wasn’t any problem he was showing her how the wheels and brakes work what usually ... read more

An unexpected trip to Kwik Fit Hunslet after a sudden puncture on a Sunday and my car was brought here by the AA. Despite arriving two hours before my appointment the staff went to great lengths to fit me in between jobs and in no time at all my car was back on the road. In this day and age of disappointing experiences I was delighted with the service and attitude here. Well done to all, and thank you. I would make this my chosen place to return to.
