Martin on reception was cheerful, polite and incredibly helpful and professional when I arrived with a flat tyre (not booked in). Adam then carried out the work with great communication throughout the work and provided me with an amazing service. They are both exceptional people who made me feel very confident in there abilities and also made me extremely happy.
Popped in without an appointment last Saturday as my headlight bulb had gone. I couldn't access the fitting due to the mixture of cables and bodywork. I spoke with Martin, who came and had a look, said it was certainly doable, and within 15 minutes, the bulb was out, a new one in and I was on my way. Exceptional service and I was very surprised how cheap it was too. I trust Kwik Fit for my MOT and repairs and have used Kirkstall Road, Regent Street and Hunslet Road - all have been outstanding service and work.
Always have a good experience with Kwik Fit, but today’s service tops them! Martin was great, and it was great chatting to him when I picked up my car. Was a really cheery guy, and stuck around to make sure I drove out okay.
Alfie saved the day! I was 300 miles away from home with my 2 kids when I had a puncture to my tyre. Even though they were busy they found time to repair the tyre and send me safely on my way. Thank-you!!
Had an unfortunate incident involving my car a couple days back. Was able to get into this Kwik-Fit service centre in the next day. Very great availability considering it was the final stretch to Christmas. My technican was Ashley, and honestly as mechanics go this guy went above, over, around, through and beyond.
