Excellent service. A stud was snapped whilst changing a tyre and the whole team at kirkstall could not have done any more to resolve the situation. I'm these days of generally poor customer service these guys are a breatth of fresh air. They genuinely seem to care.
A huge thank you to Ali at Kwik Fit Kirkstall! He was remarkably helpful and kindly fixed my car, despite it being outside of Kwik Fit's standard services. I truly appreciate his assistance, and this branch has consistently provided excellent support.
