Kwikfit what a laugh that is! I've gone down a few times and they always tell me to come back "tomorrow" and it is all different staff that say it to me, So they obviously have been trained to say that to customers that suddenly appear. The new management at the regent street are to blame I think and are lazy and Kwikfit just doesn't "Cut the mustard " and they should be renamed: SLOWFIT!
