Not professional at all,had to wait 2 hours even if I had a time slot booked. The person who deal with my car told me a price which was double than other places,he said he will do the both front and rear for a price thn when I've told him he tried to find all different excuses and at the end he did only one side and still paid for the both sides,discusting I will never come back to them,and people ask the prices before you do the booking.
Puncture, needed a tyre, couldn't even look at it until the next day?? There was only 1 car in there??? Issue with my brakes, that was a week before they could even look, drove 200 yards down the road independent garage did the work immediately as brakes were faulty .... imagine if I had waited a week!!! Should be called understaffed slow fit
Far from home and worried about my tyres but with a pressing work appointment. Arrived at 08:30 and asked the lads to check them for me. The lovely Isaac got to it straight away and reassured me all was well. So polite and efficient and friendly. Thank you so much! I even managed to get to my appointment on time.
The manager at this centre was clueless about product information and services offered by kwik fit and had to ask his workers to show him how to do things on the computer. He also had bad hygiene and came very close to me to speak to me and his breath literally stank of food. Also he was smiling in my face and soon as he turned around he dropped the smile which made it feel it was not genuine.
I've never used Kwik Fit Abbey Lane beyond getting my cars MOT's done. Just as the name sounds, their services are quick as well.
