Puncture, needed a tyre, couldn't even look at it until the next day?? There was only 1 car in there??? Issue with my brakes, that was a week before they could even look, drove 200 yards down the road independent garage did the work immediately as brakes were faulty .... imagine if I had waited a week!!! Should be called understaffed slow fit

Far from home and worried about my tyres but with a pressing work appointment. Arrived at 08:30 and asked the lads to check them for me. The lovely Isaac got to it straight away and reassured me all was well. So polite and efficient and friendly. Thank you so much! I even managed to get to my appointment on time.

5 Star reviews for Josh. Came in for wheel alignment and he noticed my front two tyres were at 1.6mm so he informed me to change my tyres first before getting the wheel alignment completed. Josh was very helpful with amazing customer service! He deserves a pay rise!

I've never used Kwik Fit Abbey Lane beyond getting my cars MOT's done. Just as the name sounds, their services are quick as well.

Ordered tyre online and was fitted within a day ..at time convenient to me …the price was the lowest I could find online . The service received was excellent from the staff at abbey lane in providing the tyre and fitting it .
