Puncture, needed a tyre, couldn't even look at it until the next day?? There was only 1 car in there??? Issue with my brakes, that was a week before they could even look, drove 200 yards down the road independent garage did the work immediately as brakes were faulty .... imagine if I had waited a week!!! Should be called understaffed slow fit
Far from home and worried about my tyres but with a pressing work appointment. Arrived at 08:30 and asked the lads to check them for me. The lovely Isaac got to it straight away and reassured me all was well. So polite and efficient and friendly. Thank you so much! I even managed to get to my appointment on time.
Went in on the off chance to check my tyres, as I thought I had a puncture. I could tell the guys were busy, but they said they could squeeze me in while I waited, which I didn't mind. The guys checked my tyres, were very honest about the puncture, and told me it didn't go through. would highly recommend to friends and family. very honest and helpful bunch of staff. especially the manager, called Waz
I had an excellent experience with these very honest Kwik Fit representatives. I had a slow puncture, and having read online that it's advisable to replace tyres in axle pairs, had prepaid for both back tyres. The person in the office asked the reason for my visit and suggested he check first if a repair was possible. Which it was, happy days! Couldn't recommend this branch of Kwik Fit more.
Went in for an MOT on New Year’s Eve and everything went super smooth, no issues, and friendly staff too. Will be using this branch rather than my car manufacturer dealership, that’s for sure. Thanks again Kwik Fit Team! 🙂
