Excellent tyre replacement service at Kwik Fit, Abbey Park, Leicester. Mr Vishnu Krishnan was super polite, friendly, and attentive. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly. Perfect professional and understanding approach made the whole experience quick and stress-free. Very satisfied with the service.

Having made an appointment to assess if the tyre could be repaired or I needed a replacement, Vishnu and his team advised on the best option, which was to carry out a repair saving me over £350. Whilst repairing the tyre, Vishnu checked all other tyres and ensured that they were all inflated correctly. Outstanding customer service!

Not professional at all. I book for A/C regas fill at 11.00am. I reached there on time , and was told to wait as it may take an hour to do the job. After half an hour, I was told to rebook the appointment. I was really disappointed as they wasted my time. It looks like they don't value their customer's time.

Absolute disgrace. My wife went there on her way to home in negative temperature when car flagged up low pressure warning. Worker said come tomorrow as they are busy and can’t check tyre pressure right now. Why would we ever give them future business? This is just unacceptable for a business who occupied prominent position on main road. Let another family run business come there we don’t need this corporate culture business here.
