Excellent service from the guys at this Kwik Fit. All staff are polite, professional and helpful. The place is well maintained and Jaggs the MOT guy is brilliant. He is super helpful and goes above and beyond, just make sure you're there in good time for your MOT as he's on a tight schedule with lots of vehicles to do. They also do MOTs on Saturday which is essential for me.
Just popped in at Uppingham Rd first thing today with an exhaust issue. Met by polite staff. Sorted the clamp. They went that bit further sorting my tyre pressure and re-setting the monitor and providing additional caps. Guided me underneath my vehicle as it's a recent purchase and I wanted to quickly inspect. Then put me back on the road within 20mins and sent me on with a smile and a handshake. Gobsmacked! Went in for a wheel alignment which I had booked when I arrived I had ask them to look into my tyre pressure as it’s showing my front left wheel pressure is low but had no response from the employee at the reception . I had also ask this man who was at front how much does those they’re cost response was don’t Khow Shortly after they handed back my keys an saying the tyres pressure had been done . 1. The MoT was started at the time booked. 2. The location of the Kwik Fit centre is local and convenient. 3. Booking online was easy. 4. The centre doesn't service cars hence the dropped star.
Excellent service from Kwik Fit. Had my wheels fitted and alignment done, and I’m very satisfied with the whole experience. Friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend.
