I booked my van in at this Kwik Fit branch due to a knocking noise and was advised that the suspension top mount was worn and needed replacing. Just been quoted £129 for four wheel alignment on my car. This would appear to be around 50% more than it should be, it's Friday afternoon and that makes me effectively a captive customer as it needs doing. My first and absolutely my last visit here.

Been there to my appointment to do my wheel alignment, I was told my tyre rods are not good I have to go replace those first. I checked my tyre rods and they were in very good condition but changed them anyway and returned to them whit another appointment to just be told MY VEHICLE DOES NOT FIT HERE. Why on earth was I not told previously and just look somewhere else?? Check with them the make and model and state what class is you vehicle as they do t really seem to think about these kind of things 🤦🏻‍♂️

Who uses an air gun to try and remove a locking wheel bolt. Completely chewed the bolt and the thread inside! Now stuck trying to get this sorted. Thanks.

Pleasantly surprised how good a service Kwik Fit delivered. The Store manager Mr Khan is excellent, attentive, helpful and makes the whole experience so much better.
