Excellent service. I got a full honest diagnosis within 30 min. I can say this as I had already had the car seen by an independent mechanic. I can say these guys can be trusted. I got all the info via email and the quote. Taukeer (apologies for the poor spelling) was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Great service

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Darren and the team at this quick fit branch. Had battery issues. They quickly booked in a free battery test and provide written evidence of the problem. Gave me a price for a new battery and made adjustments to their calendar to fit the same day. Perfect service and friendly staff.

I booked my van in at this Kwik Fit branch due to a knocking noise and was advised that the suspension top mount was worn and needed replacing. Trusting their diagnosis, I gave them the go-ahead for the repair. However, after the work was done, the noise was still there. When I took the van back, they then claimed the other top mount needed replacing. Again, I agreed to the repair, but the noise persisted. Excellent, professional customer service shown by Darren (Manager on duty) and Taurquill (Technician). I bought my car, Mercedes A4VPK in for wheel alignment. They both explained things as they went along and looked after me with utmost respect and care unlike other non kwik fit garages I have used.

Just been quoted £129 for four wheel alignment on my car. This would appear to be around 50% more than it should be, it's Friday afternoon and that makes me effectively a captive customer as it needs doing. My first and absolutely my last visit here.
