Absolutely brilliant. I'm hopeless with anything practical and these lads sorted my flat tyre with minimal fuss. I even thought I'd lost my locking wheel nut but they educated me that my car doesn't have one! I was in a right dodgy situation and they sorted it for me. Ali did the work on my car. Brilliant. Went in for a wheel alignment which I had booked when I arrived I had ask them to look into my tyre pressure as it’s showing my front left wheel pressure is low but had no response from the employee at the reception . I had also ask this man who was at front how much does those they’re cost response was don’t Khow Shortly after they handed back my keys an saying the tyres pressure had been done . I got a really bad puncture on my passenger rear tyre. Tommy and Ali were fantastic. They informed me of the problem, quoted me a price of the job and then fitted a new tyre. They were really friendly, professional and informative. I would highly recommend Kwik Fit.
We went in to get a puncture repaired for a BMW Ix3 and was told that it could not be repaired and a new tyre would be £300 plus. Went to F1 Auto who quoted my £170 for the same tyre and actually kindly repaired the puncture for free! I have had a few issues with this branch they quote incorrectly and will be avoiding them at all cost!
The mechanic Taukeer provided exceptional service to us, very thorough and went above and beyond for us can’t thank him enough! Brilliant service experience.
