I had my MOT done today and honestly, the whole experience was brilliant. The team there is just fantastic - young, energetic, and seriously on top of their game. My mum had a screw in her tyre and needs her car every day to go to see my dad whose in a nursing home. He recommended new tyres as they were very worn and came in on his day off to sort them. Ian was wonderful, and my mum said he takes pride in his work and that her safety on the road was paramount. Thanks Ian so much for looking after my mum.
From the moment I walked into the reception the staff were so friendly and helpful, the guy on the reception was so helpful. Then the lad who actually did the work on our car was fantastic and explained the work he had carried out, a credit to kwik fit. His name is Jack.
Ian was extremely helpful and did his best to make everything straightforward. The final bill came in well below the estimated price I was given, which was an extra pleasant surprise. I drove away very happy and would definitely recommend Kwik Fit Liverpool – Walton Vale.
Had a nightmare this afternoon with a blowout on my back wheel with my grandson in the car. Very lucky to have been where I was as I’ve not a clue how to change a tyre. Leighton came to the rescue and was amazing, put the spare on so I could get on my way with no bother! Excellent service with a smile 😊 thanks again.
