Arrived just before closing time. A lovely gentleman called Josh approached us and asked if he could help. I mentioned low pressure showing on dash. Josh found the tyre with the low pressure and said we had a nail in it. Josh went above and beyond to help us knowing we were driving back to London the next day. Josh worked way over closing time to help us. A very big Thank You to Josh and Kwik Fit for a great service.
Amazing service, such polite knowledgeable staff. Nothing is too much trouble. We had a bad experience with another branch which was closer to us (Knotty Ash) but this branch (Walton Vale) were outstanding. I'd never use anywhere else and it's definitely worth the extra travelling.
I don't usually leave reviews but I had to for this. I turned up towards the end of the day, didn't have to book the lads there just got me in there and then and sorted my tyre out within half an hour of my arrival. Will only be coming to this location from now on. Thank you Josh for a 'kwik' fit!
Customer service was fantastic. They made time to communicate and fix the error in my car. Would highly recommend!!
