Brought my car in for an Aircon re-gas back in May. Dropped it off after booking through the website. Nice and easy. Collected after an hour. Car was back to ice cold air-con. All sound. Noticed last week in June, that it suddenly started blowing hot air. Took the car back, and the lads looked at it there and then, no waiting. Put it on the machine saying they would check for leaks. Arrived just before closing time. A lovely gentleman called Josh approached us and asked if he could help. I mentioned low pressure showing on dash. Josh found the tyre with the low pressure and said we had a nail in it. Josh went above and beyond to help us knowing we were driving back to London the next day. Josh worked way over closing time to help us. A very big Thank You to Josh and Kwik Fit for a great service.
Amazing service, such polite knowledgeable staff. Nothing is too much trouble. We had a bad experience with another branch which was closer to us (Knotty Ash) but this branch (Walton Vale) were outstanding. I'd never use anywhere else and it's definitely worth the extra travelling.
Pre a long drive to London on Friday morning I asked husband to check tyres. He thought 1 looked low so I went directly to Kwil for Walton vale. I have used this one previously and always experienced mediocre customer service. Not on this occasion …… a young gentleman checked car over and delivered the bad news that all tyres were unsafe to drive on.
