I had a puncture in my tyre and breakdown brought me. Was a stressful day leaving the office but getting there customer service by Faaz was brilliant. The icing was meeting The Specials who were so gracious and put a smile on my face. Thank you

5 star service from Yasin! Needed a new tyre. Quickly replaced it and was very quick. Would highly recommend this branch. All staffs are great been going here for two years now can’t complain…

Absolutely disgraceful. I'm truly disgusted at the level of service at this kwikfit centre, on Sunday 29th of December at 10:30 - I arrived at this location with only one vehicle ahead of me, I was refused work on the vehicle due to it being a motability vehicle. There were four individuals working in the morning with a female receptionist. I was discriminated from the very offset because I arrived with a mobility vehicle, after speaking to the manager, it was very clear that they did not respect people with disabilities. Great local Kwikfit branch I had brand new Michelin or Pirelli tyres replaced twice now with ease, all balanced and pressures checked by a technician. The only downside was that the alignment machine was out of order so I had to book it at the Tottenham branch for another weekend instead.

First time here and pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. Having used the mobile fitting service before, i will stick to visiting here in future. Other tire fitters in the neighborhood have let me down before so happy to have the team here at Bethnal Green as the first option on the list. Thanks again!
