Turned up for an emergency tyre replacement without an appointment on a Sunday. They had what I needed in stock, and after a little wait while they finished the jobs they was already doing, they had me back on the road within 30mins. Great service! And the two guys who help me were also great!
A young man named Perry booked me in for a MOT appointment at short notice.. he was extremely polite and helpful on the phone. Whilst waiting.. I was most impressed with his customer service skills with other customers and the way he was extremely dedicated with his work.. and trying his best to keep each customer happy, he listens and is extremely polite and efficient with his work. Best customer service skills in a while, the rest of the team were also polite x
Great service. Simply because the person at the office was knowlegeable, reassuring and very relaxed. He presented facts as they are and only when appropriate did he mention additional works that can be carried out. The guy came back to me over the phone while the car was there to keep me updated and based on the progress he asked if I would like additional works to be done. At no point did he force my hand and that is the most important aspect.
Service was great. Dropped off at 08:30, picked up by 16:00. Some additional bits were needed which I agreed to, and was even happier to find that when I turned up the price was lower than quoted as they had managed to save a bit of money for me. Would happily, and will, come back for my future MOTs and services.

I went in for a full car service check, and they provided me with a clear list of everything my car needed, no pressure, just honest advice. When I came back a few weeks later to get the work done, they were super quick, professional, and efficient. Everything was sorted perfectly! Great customer service from start to finish, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy mechanics. Thanks guys!
