I went in for a full car service check, and they provided me with a clear list of everything my car needed, no pressure, just honest advice. When I came back a few weeks later to get the work done, they were super quick, professional, and efficient. Everything was sorted perfectly! Great experience. Used this branch twice in last six months, once for a battery replacement when mine died, they sorted me out quickly and for a good price. Then an MOT slotted in on a Friday afternoon with less than 24hrs notice after I forgot it was expiring in 2 days. Initial MOT on time and wrapped up within an hour and a few little jobs needed doing and I was done in 90mins. Always feel like you're in safe hands there, professional service. Really good, thanks
My appointment was 30 mins late and I was given no reason why. When I inquired why the front desk was still not manned after 30 mins, I was given a rude reply by a particular staff member which annoyed me. That member of staff aside, once the desk was manned, my tyre was changed speedily and without any hassle. I picked my car up and was off. The rest of the staff members were polite and good. Just booked and paid for replacement of 2 tyres.. the order shows 2 tyres and free alignment..the receipt instead lists other things I wasn't aware of, including charging me for disposing tyres which I want to keep anyway.. IT'S MISLEADING! IT SHOULD STATE ALL THOSE THINGS AT TIME OF PURCHASE P.s. will drop to 1 star if they will refuse to refund me for tyres disposable.. but will donate amount to random begger anyway..
