Booked in 10.30am on Father's Day for a puncture repair. Was reassured by the 2 men working that they had a "leverless" machine to avoid the damages caused by using conventional breaker bars. Waited in a clean comfortable waiting area. I was shown around my wheel on completion. First class job. The staff are a credit to the company. Many thanks

Absolute time wasters!! Called Kwik Fit Fallowfield and had following conversation. Me: Hi do you fix slow punctures on car tyres. Kwik Fit: Yes we do. Me: Can I book a time slot please? Kwik Fit: Yes no problem. Then asked for car details and my details. No questions relating to tyre types. I just had 4 new tyres fitted at kwikfit. I wanted the tracking done, but was told if I did, I also had to have an ADAS check for £240. I have been checking online and nobody can confirm that this is necessary. Indeed, on the Jaguar useres forum, most people haven't even heard of it, and lots have had the tracking checked without needing an ADAS adjustment too. I feel like I was being conned.
