Tyre was going down after a hard curb impact, called here and a lovely guy answered the phone and told me he could fit it in between other jobs if I dropped it in today. He got back to me really quickly after I’d dropped it, they’d found a slow rim leak which he couldn’t fix, but gave me good advice on where to take it, how to look after it for now, and didn’t charge me a penny. Was really cheerful and helpful throughout, was a great experience and really appreciated their help.
Excellent customer service from Tyler , my daughter is at University in Manchester and had an issue with her exhaust /timing , from the first interaction Tyler put my mind at rest that my daughter would be assisted in a first class manner , he kept us both informed with progress constantly , I would highly recommend using this particular branch , senior management please take note of Tyler’s professional approach and customer focussed manner, definitely a member of staff they need to retain. Excellent customer service start to finish. Popped into this branch today with a flat tyre and no appointment and was seen to straight away by the lovely Tyler. His customer service was superb, so polite and helpful and has a great sense of humour too! Very quick and efficient, had my tyre fixed in no time. Would highly recommend, thank you Kwik fit Fallowfield.
Brilliant service from Tyler, super friendly. Had a minor problem with my car that I wanted looking at as I had a long drive the day after. Sorted the issue immediately after walking in with no booking and also advised me about my tyres. Didn’t even charge me as the fix was simple. Great customer service, really pleased and will come back again with any problems 👍 Cheers
