Terrible experience - I would not recommend visiting Kwik Fit Fallowfield. Having realised I had a slow puncture on my passenger rear, I had a friend take the car in (couldn’t get away from work). I handed a note to my friend to pass on ‘rear passenger - slow puncture, plug preferred if possible but fine to change tyre if needed’ leaving my name and number for them to update me. That sounds incredibly frustrating. You booked ahead, were given a clear time estimate, and still ended up waiting longer than others who arrived after you. And the back-and-forth about authorisation for a lease car—only to reverse course when you mentioned the MOT—feels like unnecessary red tape. It’s especially disappointing when a service centre doesn’t communicate clearly or treat customers consistently. They will do anything to scam you into buying a new tyre. I went here early morning to see if they would fix a puncture. Sure no problem, booked in for 4pm. Brought the car in at 15:50. 16:45 they guy says we can't repair the puncture because it's had the repair liquid in it (water soluble repair liquid). Absolutely no reason why this couldn't be cleaned off and fixed but instead I was sent away with the puncture still. Massive waste of my time.
Great service I've had no issues with the staff at all. They won't stop working until I'm happy with the final outcome. “Tyler Parker” in particular, has displayed exceptional customer service and for this reason this will be my regular branch. Thank You
Came in to replace two tyres after finding them punctured and flat on Sunday morning. Car was dropped off at 10:30 and was ready for pick up by 12:30. Very impressed by speed, especially how it was a Sunday. Friendly service too.
