Tyre was going down after a hard curb impact, called here and a lovely guy answered the phone and told me he could fit it in between other jobs if I dropped it in today. He got back to me really quickly after I’d dropped it, they’d found a slow rim leak which he couldn’t fix, but gave me good advice on where to take it, how to look after it for now, and didn’t charge me a penny. Was really cheerful and helpful throughout, was a great experience and really appreciated their help.

Excellent customer service from Tyler , my daughter is at University in Manchester and had an issue with her exhaust /timing , from the first interaction Tyler put my mind at rest that my daughter would be assisted in a first class manner , he kept us both informed with progress constantly , I would highly recommend using this particular branch , senior management please take note of Tyler’s professional approach and customer focussed manner, definitely a member of staff they need to retain. Great service from the team at Fallowfield. Ordered 2 tyres online for same day fitting. Thought one of the tyres had a slow puncture but the team advised it was only the valve leaking. Put one new tyre on replaced valve on the other and refunded price of one tyre, brilliant.
