Warren & all the team at Kwik Fit - Long benton are the absolute BEST! Honestly they go out of there way to get you sorted asap. There quick, confident and have always taken the best care of my car over these 5 years. I’ve been to other kwik fits and these guys at long benton branch are honestly the best. I've used the Longbenton branch multiple times, they've always been quick, friendly and helpful. Online tyres are very competitive and easy to order. Credit where it is due also, the "win your own tyres" competition is definitely real, as I won the full cost of my 2 tyres back.
So you keep asking am I happy with my service the answer quit frankly is no I am not happy one bit. Not only did I book a full service to be told they did an interim service now the difference in price between full and interim service is £91 I only got a £51 refund then to add insult to injury car came back sounding worse than the Monday I took it in to be serviced. Absolutely brilliant service from booking my vehicle in, to revisiting to get the wok completed. Courteous and very helpful staff, keeping me updated during my visit. Well done, great team.
Service was excellent. I was treated with respect, never patronised, they were completely transparent, understanding and unlike other garages I felt like I could trust what they were saying to me. My car was also treated with respect and looked after and they took their time explaining everything to me without me feeling like I had to make immediate decisions. When I couldn’t get my car sorted as a drop in, they made every effort to get it in as soon as possible.
