Was on our way up to Alnwick for a break away, and I had a suspect puncture/slow puncture half way up, so we pulled off into Newcastle and one of the tyres had indeed lost pressure so I was pretty sure it was a nail or something. All went well. Except that the website advertised that if I book an appointment in advance, I’ll have the checks completed in 30 mins to 1 hour. Unfortunately I had to drop the car for a few hours and then collect it. Nothing major, would be helpful to have it clearer on the website. Otherwise all good!
Brilliant and efficient service!! Can’t fault them what so ever, Dylan was incredibly friendly and understanding helping me source a tyre on the same day, Kai also did an amazing job fitting my tyre. Highly recommend
Left my car for 2 days for a fuel leak. Got a call saying they couldn't fix it. Fixed it for 60 pounds in nearby garage on the same day. It was a simple fuel filter change.
Great bunch to of lads had a fault with my car. Put it on computer was number one injector. Unfortunately they don't do them but the advice thay gave me corresponded with kwik fit. Jobs done and car ru ning great thanks for yiur advice.
