I hadn’t booked but they fitted me in immediately. Very accommodating and efficient. Respectful of my circumstances and found me the best option for my affordability. John & Joel have excellent customer service and the rest of the team were friendly also. A very happy customer.

Had a tyre fitted last minute on a Sunday, wow. What a lovely team, willing to go out of their way to help me out with a puncture. Only 2 of them there and very busy so there was no need for them to go out of their way. Really really impressed with their service , hats of to both of you 👍 5*

Simply the best experience. Booked in for a free tyre check ahead of MOT next month because KwikFit are more knowledgeable regarding tyres than the main dealer (and also more competitively priced). Unfortunately needed 4 new tyres (I had suspected that) but the price was clearly explained and some discount given. Was told if I left the car with them they could do it before they close at 6pm (this was nearly 5pm by this time). My car had an odd rattle for a few months that wouldn’t go away. Another garage couldn’t work out what it was. I took it to KwikFit, they called to say they couldn’t find the issue either, but after pleaing with them, they took it out for another test drive and heard the noise. We had a backwards and forwards on the phone with them trying to work it out, they eventually found out what exactly it was causing the problem which was a huge relief to me. Atrocious workmanship, etiquette, work ethos and prices! Hand brake failed (again) after KF had already charged me an extortionate amount to, not just repair, but REPLACE with NEW and was then given a 'wet finger in the air' quote which I instantly rejected, as I know about drum brakes and realised he was trying to fob me off.
