I was on holiday in Bournemouth for a couple of days when my car experienced issues. It was fantastic that I could book online and get it checked the next morning. Really happy with how quickly Duncan got the car sorted, and how communicative and friendly he was. He explained and showed me the issue, and I also got to speak to the mechanic who had carried out the work - loved that she was female too!
Excellent service, got me out of a pickle. Exhaust fell off my car, got me in the same day and got it replaced as well. Definitely recommend. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Absolutely amazing garage filled with amazing people. I had a puncture on my tire and arrived as they were closing, they stayed late to fix it and went above and beyond with customer service. 11/10 !!!!
Had an issue with my front driver’s tyre where a stone got stuck behind the metallic part of the wheel, causing a clingy metallic noise while driving. In the middle of a busy schedule, I stopped by Kwik Fit Castle Lane and asked if someone could take a look. Despite being very busy, Josh kindly accommodated my car straight away and resolved the problem. Forever grateful to him – Patrick & Mehtap.
I hadn’t booked but they fitted me in immediately. Very accommodating and efficient. Respectful of my circumstances and found me the best option for my affordability. John & Joel have excellent customer service and the rest of the team were friendly also. A very happy customer.
