I hadn’t booked but they fitted me in immediately. Very accommodating and efficient. Respectful of my circumstances and found me the best option for my affordability. John & Joel have excellent customer service and the rest of the team were friendly also. A very happy customer.
Had a tyre fitted last minute on a Sunday, wow. What a lovely team, willing to go out of their way to help me out with a puncture. Only 2 of them there and very busy so there was no need for them to go out of their way. Really really impressed with their service , hats of to both of you 👍 5*
Simply the best experience. Booked in for a free tyre check ahead of MOT next month because KwikFit are more knowledgeable regarding tyres than the main dealer (and also more competitively priced). Unfortunately needed 4 new tyres (I had suspected that) but the price was clearly explained and some discount given. Was told if I left the car with them they could do it before they close at 6pm (this was nearly 5pm by this time). Came in at the castle lane branch today to address a issue with a noise on the wheel after being aligned and balanced and new tyres at Kwik Poole Hatchpond in Poole in wich was closed today and John was really helpful and sorted all the issues even know left by another branch ,balancing weights sorted and all perfect now ,many thanks.
What an awsome team!!! I visited the branch on Sunday 16/March 2023 at 10.00am with a seemless pre booked appointment John and his team were ready on the dot and made the chore of having repleacement tyre change a joy. I initially booked to have the front two tyres replaced as they were on the legal limit they went the extra mile to check the rear two tyres only to discover that they also needed to be replaced.
