What a refreshing experience What a refreshing experience to deal with Kwik Fit Plus - Bournemouth - Castle Lane West. Well deserved 5-star review from beginning to end. First somebody answered the phone who worked at the Branch and was knowledgeable and pleasant. This is important to me because when dealing with car problems I do not want to be answered by a call centre which after explaining my problem transfers me to the branch, I thought I was talking to all along. Let down badly by another garage and contacted Kwik Fit on recommendation . Rang and spoke with Duncan who was really helpful and suggested I pop in. An appointment was booked quickly and two quality tyres fitted alongside alignment correction etc. I've only just passed my driving test so being my first car its all new to me and I appreciated Duncans understanding and advice. Busy but well worth the wait! I’d booked in for a wheel alignment check, the technician and the software showed where the problems that I’d felt whilst driving were. Camber and Toe adjustments were corrected. The car feels soooo much better now, super planted on the road! Great job from Duncan and Hollie. Thank you!

I booked in for 2 front tyre changes as I had failed an MOT that morning. I booked the appt at 11am, and had planned my MOT re-test for 12pm. The chap who inspected my car told me I needed all 4 tyres doing, which simply wasnt true. He said the 3rd tyre was only 2mm left but the 4th still had 5mm. He pushed me into accepting 4 new tyres giving the reason that because I have a 4WD car, all tyres should be equal tread and that I will also need my wheel alignment doing. I was on holiday in Bournemouth for a couple of days when my car experienced issues. It was fantastic that I could book online and get it checked the next morning. Really happy with how quickly Duncan got the car sorted, and how communicative and friendly he was. He explained and showed me the issue, and I also got to speak to the mechanic who had carried out the work - loved that she was female too!
