Arrived around 9am with a punctured tire. Was able to get the car on a ramp within 10 minutes!! Nail removed and puncture repaired for under £30. Great service. Really efficient manager. Would hugely recommend.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Called for a battery replacement I was advised on the correct type and that it was in stock, I arrived onsite and had it installed within half hour. The engineer was very knowledgeable in resetting the system on my car and everything went as well as it could.

I tried to phone all day (even when it said it was the least busiest) about my booking and no one answered the phone. They even cut off my call from going through multiple times. I can only imagine them thinking what that strange ringing noise was and where it was coming from. I then rang "customer care" who actually answered the phone to be fair but, the lady seemed a little reluctant and as if I had bothered her in some way, I do apologise. I visited as my car was making a rattling noise and I had a long journey ahead. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was near the end of the day, despite this, they inspected my vehicle the same day and gave me real peace of mind. I could not have asked for better service. I would highly recommend them.

Worried about my tyre pressures late on a Saturday before heading back to far west Wales. Traffic crazy because of the local carnival and road blocks. A young man called Andre came to my rescue. He checked my tyres, helped me reset the warning light. He was extremely polite, competent, reassuring and charming. Thank you Andre. You made my day with your help and your smile. 😀👏🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😀
