I came in here after visiting another branch of Kwik Fit in another part of the country who had done a bad job of adjusting wheel alignment, and had left the steering wheel not properly set pointing forwards, and it was at an angle. I arrived quite a while before my booking time, but was dealt with promptly, and the issue was resolved fully in a small amount of time, with a minimal wait. Arrived around 9am with a punctured tire. Was able to get the car on a ramp within 10 minutes!! Nail removed and puncture repaired for under £30. Great service. Really efficient manager. Would hugely recommend.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Called for a battery replacement I was advised on the correct type and that it was in stock, I arrived onsite and had it installed within half hour. The engineer was very knowledgeable in resetting the system on my car and everything went as well as it could.

Very professional and efficient set up. All staff are very polite. I was in a hurry, so the manager kindly fitted my tyre himself. I always use this branch

After initially going to the other two Kwik fits in Bristol, and being told can’t do till 4pm even though only 2 cars were in the workshop and sent to the KF over the road to be told they’re not doing tyres which I find odd, this branch was my last chance as I’m driving back to London today, they managed to get me in quickly and sorted! Appreciate the gentleman behind the desk and the team! The master manager of both those other two sites really needs to look at them in depth.
