Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Called for a battery replacement I was advised on the correct type and that it was in stock, I arrived onsite and had it installed within half hour. The engineer was very knowledgeable in resetting the system on my car and everything went as well as it could.
Having found our car had a puncture after an overnight stay we came to Kwik fit for a repair before driving back to Birmingham. Though they were busy they located the puncture and repaired the tyre for us and were back on the road within 2 hours. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't have done more for us.
Had some michelin cross climates fitted to my old merc pre-MOT recently - very good and speedy service, friendly staff and very accomodating, asking if I had any special requests which was useful as they jacked the car up on the suspension arms rather than the sills which was ideal for my car. Will definitely visit again.
Arrived in Bristol from London with a strange sound from my car at lunchtime today while it started pouring down with rain on my way to a business meeting. I stopped at this Kwik Fit expecting the worst but also that I would be hanging around ages. The member of staff that served me - was available within 2 seconds of arriving. Friendly. Polite. Took my car in for an MOT. About 20 mins after picking it up, I noticed a very neat, clean, deep 4-inch scratch just below the rear windscreen. I'm absolutely certain it wasn't there beforehand as I emptied my boot before taking it to the garage and did not notice it (and it's a very obvious scratch, so I absolutely would have noticed it).
