Excellent service, really appreciated their help! We were stuck in Bristol with a flat tyre and had to get back to the Midlands ASAP, we managed to pump it up and get it to the garage. Reece was super helpful and repaired the tyre in a really short time for us, he was friendly and gave us all the info, costs and wait times we needed upfront. Brilliant service, many thanks again to Reece!

I love to learn new things, especially all the practical stuff. This is the first time my VW Polo tyre has had a puncture since I have owned it, so called a friend from whom I learned how to take off the wheel safely, using the onboard car jack and wrench. After calling them to say I was coming, I put the emergency tyre on and drove to Kwik Fit on Cheltenham Road, Bristol. I came in here after visiting another branch of Kwik Fit in another part of the country who had done a bad job of adjusting wheel alignment, and had left the steering wheel not properly set pointing forwards, and it was at an angle. I arrived quite a while before my booking time, but was dealt with promptly, and the issue was resolved fully in a small amount of time, with a minimal wait. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Called for a battery replacement I was advised on the correct type and that it was in stock, I arrived onsite and had it installed within half hour. The engineer was very knowledgeable in resetting the system on my car and everything went as well as it could.

Another excellent experience with Kwik Fit and despite being busy they again managed to squeeze me in without me having to wait very long at all. Good trustworthy advice too.
