Took car in for new battery just over a week ago. They 'fitted' it and drove car out to me so I never looked under the bonnet. Car broke down on Wednesday and my road recovery service came out and when he opened the bonnet this is what we discovered under the bonnet. The bracket to hold the battery in the housing was missing and the battery had been tied up with multiple cable ties to hold it in place. I have serviced (with MOT) my MERCEDES A250e every year now for the last 3 years. No issues whatsoever. Drop off the car at 8:30, they call around 3 pm, and I collect by 5:30. Seamless. The staff are courteous. I normally book and pay online about 4-6 weeks ahead. So there is no wait time.
I had my tyres fitted at Kwik Fit and was very happy with the whole experience. The tyres were good quality and very well priced. My appointment started on time and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Friendly service and efficient work made the process quick and easy. I would happily use them again. Decent quality tyres for a decent price, well done.
The staff and service at Kwik Fit were brilliant. I needed my brake pads and discs replacing all round which was confirmed after a free brake check. They were able to fit the job within a few days and on the day the car was ready within a few hours. The quote they estimated to me was also pretty much bang on. I had no more squeaky brakes and drove away happy. Would definitely come back again.
Went in for a break change, ended up with no car for over 2 days with 0 compensation nor considerstion, due to a sloppy job in installing the break pads making the car unsafe to drive. I would at least expect a replacement car given that I spent close to a grand on this break pads job I was also told the car is ready to collect, only to arrive to the center and be told to come back later because it wasn’t ready.
