Fantastic service! I came in for a diagnostic check and was very impressed with their expertise. They quickly identified the root cause of the problem that other places had missed. Great communication, fair pricing, and very professional staff. Highly recommended!
Thank you to Aadil and his team for outstanding service. in spite of being incredibly busy. I sat and waited for my tyre to be changed and could not believe how many people came through the door - each met with kindness, patience and above and beyond service. Not the first time they’ve had to sort my tyres out through motability service; absolutely excellent customer service and work efficiency everytime. Plus last time bangers were elite (Friday morning crew on the 25plate mokka we see u). Came with my partner and youngest and it was a breeze, thanks again !!
I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this Kwik Fit branch today. I’ve been here twice this year and always received amazing service, to the point where I even brought staff treats as a thank you. Today was completely different and honestly shocking.
