Thank you to Aadil and his team for outstanding service. in spite of being incredibly busy. I sat and waited for my tyre to be changed and could not believe how many people came through the door - each met with kindness, patience and above and beyond service. Its been a long time since i’ve seen good customer service in action and this was exceptional
I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this Kwik Fit branch today. I’ve been here twice this year and always received amazing service, to the point where I even brought staff treats as a thank you. Today was completely different and honestly shocking. When I arrived to collect my car, there were **five male staff members** sitting in reception. Unless you clearly know whats wrong with your car DO NOT TAKE IT TO KWICK FIT WANDSWORTH... You have been warned. 1st Lie: I took my 2023 2 Series BMW in as it had a flat - they inspected it and said the tyre wall was perished (bearing in mind the tyre is 3 years old - not 10) - I thought this was really odd but purchased Michelin Pilot cup 2 tyres (for each axle end) replaced at cost of £450. 2nd Lie: The wheels were out of alignment - I said not to worry as it was going to BMW for an MOT in a week and they can check it. ... read more
Booked MOT - needed repeater indicator fixing to pass MOT- Booked car in (Alfa Giulietta) for next day repair. The guy in charge on the 2nd day manager maybe ? Really nice guy I don't know his name but he was outstanding - extremely impressive , in total control of everything . Also there was a really nice atmosphere there.
