Called to ask when a car had been serviced previously, but refused to provide it and wouldn’t even give a reason. Never been refused simple information by any other service centre (including many other much more helpful Kwikfits). Disappointing, as if the motor trade wasn’t hard enough.

The man who greeted me and booked me in was so nice and friendly and helpful. When he called the next day to let me know my car was ready, he was once again very friendly and happy, pleasant to talk to. Plus, I was expecting for Quick Fit to tell me i needed a new tyre even if it was fixable but they didn't, they were honest and fixed the tyre and didn't rip me off. I have gone from a skeptical customer to a happy customer.

Kwik Fit provided an excellent service for my car recently. They completed the repairs quickly and efficiently with fair and transparent pricing. My car is running smoothly now, thanks to their expertise.

I had a tyre tread depth of 5mm and was advised it was perished, 3 out of 4 tyres were actually okay, however I was advised that because one needed doing I should do all 4. Genuinely feel like I got scammed, they got my email wrong so I never received the report via email so had to take their word for it over the phone. I won’t be returning to Kwik Fit again, genuinely feel scammed.

Excellent service here, we were stranded with a puncture in my motability vehicle and Piran very kindly fit us in as soon as they could. My son has learning disabilities and can be dangerous for him as he can run off into traffic but it was dealt with swiftly even though they were busy. I initially went to tavistock road kwikfit before here as they were closer to where i had the puncture but there was no room at the inn!! We were sent away but thankfully piran helped us
