Went to have a tyre changed through the mobility scheme. We booked in advanced as they are quite busy. Lovely and friendly staff. Very polite and very informative whilst we sat and waited in the reception area.
An absolutely outstanding service. Felt super grateful when Daniel and the team were able to fit me for an urgent replacement of a tyre last thing on a Friday - when my regular garage who found the problem couldn’t. So this week returned for routine work and James coordinated things. They strike me as highly competent, diligent, genuine and kind. Super pleased to have found this team at City Road.
Staff were very pleasant and very efficient! Took them about 45mins to change my tyre & check the tracking so I'm very happy with the service!
Had an emergency with our breaks whilst visiting Sheffield to house hunting. The guys at this garage got us booked in and the car turned around in around 2 hours meaning we didn't miss any of our viewings and could proceed with the rest of our trip safely. Really pleased with the service and the way they sprung into action.
