I limped into Kwikfit not long before closing on Friday night with my car making the most alarming noises when turning the steering wheel. Despite being very busy it was promptly put on a ramp and examined. The young lady in the office explained my coil spring had snapped and may have done extra damage she looked genuinely sympathetic giving me a fairly hefty quote, while hoping this may be less. When I rang up I was told to come straight down. They gave me advice on how to get there safely with my flat tyre. Paige was really helpful. The work was done quicker than expected!
Booked appointment at short notice. On a Sunday. For a puncture repair. Took car down. Very fast and efficient service. Will definitely use them again, fantastic service at such short notice
