I limped into Kwikfit not long before closing on Friday night with my car making the most alarming noises when turning the steering wheel. Despite being very busy it was promptly put on a ramp and examined. The young lady in the office explained my coil spring had snapped and may have done extra damage she looked genuinely sympathetic giving me a fairly hefty quote, while hoping this may be less. When I rang up I was told to come straight down. They gave me advice on how to get there safely with my flat tyre. Paige was really helpful. The work was done quicker than expected!
5 star service today at Kwik Fit Hillsborough, Sheffield. It’s the second time I’ve used the branch, my first visit 6 months or so ago was for a new tyre and based on the service I received from Kyle and Paige I’ve made a return visit when needing a new battery this week. Great quick service from Gary who was really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, waited 20mins or so which was great 👌
Brilliant service from start to finish. Needed new tyre after breakdown afternoon before. Got booked in online the next day, Sunday, and easy and swift change of tyre. Will be recommending to friends and family and will definitely use again.
Sound bunch of lads, got straight on with the work and I can't fault the work they did! They offer an array of free checks too if purchasing tyres which was a nice bonus.
