Unfortunately, I’m not at all impressed with my recent visit. After a poor experience at another Kwik Fit branch, I had hoped this location would be better. Key Issues: I paid extra for a brake inspection and informed the desk staff about a warped brake disc. However, I was not offered a replacement during the day, seemingly because the team forgot about it entirely. Originally called a different branch which had no availability! Was called back within an hour by an office manager (unfortunately can’t remember his name) who reached out and organised a repair in the Hillsborough branch. Once there I received a warm welcome and excellent customer service. I drove away very happy.
I had a breakdown in the evening of 08th september. A flat tyre due beeing worn completely. I booked online that evening an slot for 09th september - at 12.30 with Hillsborough branch in Sheffield for fitting 2 front tyres ( also, bought from your website ) and to be done the tracking / alingment. Now became "funny" the whole situation. We were sent down to this branch from another at short notice as their air con machine had broken. They fitted us in no problem, didn't have to wait long considering we just rocked up. All good.
Really helpful staff, I'd bought a battery from them up country & they verified them fully tested my battery and alternator. Was there less than an hour, very knowledgeable guy who helped me here in Sheffield. 5*s
