I came in with an emergency on Friday night and I am so happy we came here. The staff was really amazing, I cannot say enough positive things about the care I received. The doctor and nurses were so nice and made me feel comfortable and above all solved my problem. So grateful to this team and relieved. They also called me a few days later to check in! Really felt like they cared.

Took in my daughter and was taken back quickly. Staff is super friendly and they made my 3 yo daughter feel comfortable. Both the nurses and provider definitely took the time to answer questions and I did not feel rushed when I was explaining the reason for our visit. Front desk staff was very welcoming. Will definitely be using them for any future emergencies.
Very short wait! The nurses and doctor were very thorough and made sure my son was comfortable and understood what was going on the whole time we were there. This was the best decision vs a traditional hospital. In and out in about a hour and a half. Most the time we spent in there was waiting on the CT results. Thank yall!!
Willow Springs Recovery loves working with Kyle ER. Tina at the detox is amazing with the patients and is very hands on to make sure they are set up with success. The hospital is clean, quiet, and the patients enjoy having their own room during the process. Highly recommend
