Kyle Gillespie has done my two mortgages and my very recent re-finance and even though the process involves a ton...he (and his team) makes it easy and stress free. He is very knowledgeable, but makes sure he explains things so you understand what is going on. He gets stuff done, but he is patient. He's just good at what he does. AND...we just refi’d again in December to an even lower rate and it seemed even easier this time around. Kyle and his team just keep getting better!

We bought our home about three years ago and had to take advantage of the low rates with a refinance. Kyle and his team at Proper Rate, LLC were an absolute pleasure to work with. The refi process can be a tedious and lengthy procedure, but Proper Rate, LLC has streamlined the entire process and made it much simpler. Almost all of the steps can be completed online and there is no rush trying to meet paperwork deadlines when you can send/upload docs from your phone. As a first time home buyer, Kyle and his team couldn’t have made it any easier! He did a great job explaining the process and setting our expectations upfront. They were extremely responsive and on top of it all. We closed on time, no surprises and Kyle made it a point to call us after closing to say congratulations. You don’t get that personal touch from the big banks. I highly recommend Kyle & team!
