Kyle was recommended to me by a colleague when we moved to Chicago in 2011 and began looking for a condo. We financed with him, and have now refinanced with Kyle at least twice (writing this in November 2020). He and his team are responsive, use technology well, and always follow through on promises. We closed as predicted, without grief, and with a really great rate. I value Kyle and his team as our go-to home lenders.

My first re-fi fell through that’s why I switched to GR because a friend of mine just re-fi’ed his place too. My heading speaks for itself as I experienced difference between my 1st lender and GR. The process with GR was so smooth with minimal back and forth. I would highly recommend them to my friends and I already did!
