'Very fortunate to have found Dr. Kramer when moving to Grand Haven 13 years ago! He listens, recalls details, is highly competent and professional, and genuinely cares for his patients' well being. 'Have seen him through health 'ups and downs', and thoroughly trust him.
Doctor Kramer has served me well through routine visits as well as a few major issues. He's a good listener, and explains questions thoroughly.
'Very happy to have affiliated with Dr. Kramer. Very competence, solid, consistent, approachable family practitioner.
Dr. Kramer has been very kind and helpful to both my husband and I, even calling my husband himself when some test results came back showing a possible cancer diagnosis. He has really gone above and beyond, explains things well, takes his time, and we couldn’t be happier. I have already referred family members to him, and will continue to do so. We were less pleased with the office staff, but that has improved a lot over the last year or so. (Lots of office staff changes with Dr. Dixon leaving)
I've had 7+ primary physicians in 5 states in last 12 years... Dr. Kramer is competent, thorough and intelligent. Won't talk your ear off, which I prefer... I'm looking for healthcare, not a social club.
Dr. Kramer is incredibly thorough and extremely laid-back. His emphasis is always on health, not medication. He spends a generous amount of time with his patients treating the "whole" person. He is extremely kind and patient with my autistic son. I would highly recommend him.
Does not listen, understand or even care.
After seeing Dixon for years, Kramer is the exact opposite of what I was expecting for Dixon's replacement. NOCH does not "know you well," as I have been a patient there for over 15 years and he comes in and just listens to you and writes on his notepad later for his dictations instead of simply remembering a meaningful conversation. There is simply no positive interaction between him. And I argue if he has to be glued to his notepad he loses touch with listening to the patient.
