I saw Kylee for a follow up from a procedure from my regular doctor. Kylee's bedside manors leave much to be desired. Her interaction style feels rude, stern, abrupt, she has an abrasive tone and at times it felt condescending and mean; especially in her follow up chart notes and the two My Chart messages she sent me after the appointment. I've been seeing Kylee for a few years now. She is knowlegeable and clearly states when she doesn't know or deal with some of the issues I bring up. She can seem cool and abrupt, but she gets stuff done.

Kylie is very professional and caring. She listens carefully and is patient with my questions and concerns. Most of all she gently encourages me to follow medical advice even when it’s not exactly what I want to hear. That said, I have full confidence in her and know she’s most likely right and I need to get with the program.

She was very turse and didn't seem very happy. It was hard to get any informational answers to the questions we were asking, we kept having to ask multiple follow up questions when she finally would give us new information. I'm not sure why she was so upset but it was very clear that she was annoyed or upset so be careful you don't catch her on a bad day

I have received so much care and information during my time with Kylee and Stephanie, her assistant. I appreciate their attendance during all my operation s and after caree of all 4 surgeries in 2 years.
