So many things wrong with this place. They did not submit the authorization paperwork to my insurance company, either. In addition to that, one of the main reasons I went in(a reticular vein by my ankle) was not removed during the procedure. I was told they use schlerotherapy to treat those veins, but I said I wanted it removed using phlebectomy but it's still there. Try another vein center. Actually, it may be best to go out of state.
I have been calling weekly for 6 weeks and the prior authorization person NEVER calls back. After being in practice management 25+ years, I’m not sure how they are still in practice. I’m in pain and need a procedure but have to find another doctor.
Initial visit was fine. Went back after test to get answers and set up procedures. They never submitted authorization to insurance and lied to me about it. Very incompetent and should check what a person does for a living before they lie to them
Do not use this doctor. There are multiple stories I could tell.
