I have been calling weekly for 6 weeks and the prior authorization person NEVER calls back. After being in practice management 25+ years, I’m not sure how they are still in practice. I’m in pain and need a procedure but have to find another doctor.
Initial visit was fine. Went back after test to get answers and set up procedures. They never submitted authorization to insurance and lied to me about it. Very incompetent and should check what a person does for a living before they lie to them
