Dear Owner of the Establishment, The food is really good, however your staff is untrained and really rude. When your restaurant is busy, there are people on your payroll that prefer to stand around then clean the tables and guest areas. How many more low star reviews will it take before you take heed and correct your management? We will not be back. Which is a shame, because the food is wonderful.
I love La brasa it’s the best Peruvian rotisserie restaurant in the area! The chicken is always juicy and delicious which usually comes with 2 sides the best combo is always salad and fries but there are a plethora of options to choose from. They also make other delicious Peruvian dishes like anticuchos, lomo saltado, chicken/shrimp/steak fried rice, and many more! The service is always top notch and everything is always clean. Overall, not worth the price. I ordered a chicken fillet meal. It was $ 16.00, and I got a mini fillet. La Grange has three times the size for less, and for a busiest establishment they were more attentive. I couldn’t keep thecashiers’ attention for more than three seconds. She was too busy texting her friends, probably. I was really annoying. I also felt like the wait was super long for food that was made to order. I’m not one for many reviews but this restaurant is getting lazy and sloppy . I ordered a seafood soup and it was just filled with rice and yellow corn and egg . One small piece of squid and one shrimp is all I got and then I ordered a half of chicken and tostones and the tostones were old and stiff I can literally throw them against the wall . If you guys cannot provide good service then don’t own a restaurant . I’m tired of wasting my money on shitty food . Money doesn’t grow on trees. Do better .
I was recommended here by a friend saying in was really good Peruvian style pollo a la brasa. The first two times went it was really good. The last three times the chicken was not fresh it seemed dried out like it’s been reheated or been sitting all day in the heat. on top of that the chickens are really small in size compared to other places, I wouldn’t mind if the flavour was good.
