I love La brasa it’s the best Peruvian rotisserie restaurant in the area! The chicken is always juicy and delicious which usually comes with 2 sides the best combo is always salad and fries but there are a plethora of options to choose from. They also make other delicious Peruvian dishes like anticuchos, lomo saltado, chicken/shrimp/steak fried rice, and many more! The service is always top notch and everything is always clean. I have visited restaurant for over three years now, tonight was the worst customer service experience I have received. Andrea if that is really her name was RUDE, pushy and made me feel unconfutable. I would never hired someone like that for my company. She had no regard of customers who were looking at the menu, i am sure i am not the only one but someone like that has no business working in a customer service industry. The food in this place is decent but the service is absolutely horrendous. The people who work here have no sense of customer service. Unless you speak perfect Spanish, the workers here will not bother to actually listen to you. The cashier lady with big black framed glasses was incredibly rude and dismissive and even checked out the order before my sister was able to finish even ordering!! I normally get la brasa by my job on lyons road. Today i ordered by my house which is the one on sample. Food had zero flavor. Cilantro rice was not good. My chicken was not fully cooked was half pink so i couldn’t even eat it. Beans were ok. Garlic potatoes just tasted like oil potatoes with no garlic. Wont order again from here sadly.
I was recommended here by a friend saying in was really good Peruvian style pollo a la brasa. The first two times went it was really good. The last three times the chicken was not fresh it seemed dried out like it’s been reheated or been sitting all day in the heat. on top of that the chickens are really small in size compared to other places, I wouldn’t mind if the flavour was good.
