Dear Owner of the Establishment, The food is really good, however your staff is untrained and really rude. When your restaurant is busy, there are people on your payroll that prefer to stand around then clean the tables and guest areas. How many more low star reviews will it take before you take heed and correct your management? We will not be back. Which is a shame, because the food is wonderful.
I love La brasa it’s the best Peruvian rotisserie restaurant in the area! The chicken is always juicy and delicious which usually comes with 2 sides the best combo is always salad and fries but there are a plethora of options to choose from. They also make other delicious Peruvian dishes like anticuchos, lomo saltado, chicken/shrimp/steak fried rice, and many more! The service is always top notch and everything is always clean. Love la brasa. Go to spot usually once a week. Never gets old. Fast service. Sometimes need to wait couple minutes for a table but never too bad.
I have visited restaurant for over three years now, tonight was the worst customer service experience I have received. Andrea if that is really her name was RUDE, pushy and made me feel unconfutable. I would never hired someone like that for my company. She had no regard of customers who were looking at the menu, i am sure i am not the only one but someone like that has no business working in a customer service industry. On their menu they advertise a quarter white meat chicken meal, when you order they tell you no white meat to selective customers but went you order a half a chicken comes in a second. This is no the first time . It happened 7 out off 10 times. From now on every time they do this I'm going post it.
