Let me just say, I use to eat at Pollo Tropical on a regular basis until I found La Brasa. The food at La Brasa is Very tasty and well seasoned food, from top to bottom, with great friendly & fast service. I told a co worker who frequently went to the other place as well, and after he tasted La Brasa,he said he's never going back to the other place. Thank you again La Brasa!! 5 stars from me!!
Friendly and welcoming customer service. Very nice. The beef saltado was fire! And the shrimp fried rice had so much shrimp and well flavored! I love it. The glitch is you gotta eat the beef saltado with the shrimp fried rice! FIRE!!! The fried yucca was fried perfectly and the Dulce de leche churros were fire! I wish they gave you more than just 4 I need like 8 of them thangs!!!
Excellent place to eat customer service is exquisite!! Everyone here was polite, courteous and friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. They also have a drive thru if you don’t want to dine in. FOOD IS DELICIOUS & Freshly made !!
Food always fresh and hot I come here every blue moon but the food is always delicious.
So I went through drive thru for lunch. I got a shrimp fried rice. The food was good and hot. The bad thing is I literally waited for 40 min. You might ask why I waited. I waited to see how long they were going to be disrespectful of my time . I got my food at 3:57 when I purchased at 3:19, if they would’ve told me they where running behind on orders and mines was going to take long, I could’ve changed to a different choice since it was on my lunch time.
