I lived here for almost 8 years and would have stayed longer if this location was closer to my family. I left on good terms, as management and the front office associates were always kind, helpful and fair. Maintenance calls and emails were responded to quickly. This place is quiet, clean and affordable. Thank you, La Estancia!
Absolutely enjoy my experience living here at La Estancia Apartments. I very much appreciate the leasing office for the wonderful customer service they provide. Such a clean, very respectful, quiet and peaceful community to consider a place to live. - a happy camper!
We stopped by La Estancia today and had a really positive experience. We didn’t get the chance to meet the property manager, but Alexis, the Leasing Specialist, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took time to talk with us even with the usual day-to-day walk-ins and interruptions that come with working onsite. Her attitude, professionalism, and willingness to answer questions made the visit smooth and genuinely appreciated.
I have been living here since October. Today, the AC went out. I called this morning and reported that it was hot in my apartment. The maintenance man was here within minutes. He diagnosed the problem, bought and installed the part in less than 2 hours. I really love living here. I have rented the party room for $50 on 2 occasions and was able to throw some nice birthday, parties. I am really happy living here. The WHOLE staff here is truly amazing. We moved here in November 2024 & it was the best decision. The office staff-Alexis, Chastity & Seth could not be more pleasant & helpful. The maintenance crew is SUPERB; we have never waited long for ANY repairs or issues. Jose, Ramon & German are aces. I would highly recommend this apartment complex!
