Excellent We arrived two hours before check-in time and our room was already ready to move in. The receptionist was very friendly, all the time, he offered us a cold watter bottle after we came back to the hotel. At the check in he was so friendly and nice, he was doing a small conversation with us and spoke to us several times when we entered the foyer. He asked us also if we are okay with one king size bed or if want two double size beds, so we got an upgrade to two beds, fridge and microwave in our room.

Good It seemed to have a roach problem, not terrible but yet. Also. Bathroom lights had lots of dead bugs in them. AC worked but barely. It got hotter during the night if that's possible. Staff was very nice and friendly. Said would call exterminators.
Thanks so much for a great stay! Two of our colleagues stayed at La Quinta for a professional conference in Austin in August 2019. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating for our team, and helped us with some extra luggage and materials we had to take along with us. We had a great stay.
