Staff and location the best part of this hotel Wish we had a refrigerator, but the staff did accommodate us by storing our perishables in an office refrigerator. The unit looks old, no ice maker on our floor. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. When the bathtub was slow, it was fixed immediately. The location is great, walking distance to the Capitol, eating spots, busline.

Reasonably priced hotel within walking distance to most of downtown Austin It wasn't the fanciest hotel ever, but for the price it is worth it. The location of this hotel is pretty great - about a 5 minute walk to 6th or Rainey and right next to the capitol. For the price, you can't beat this location.

For the most part, all was good! Homeless people in the streets close by. Location/proximity to Capitol

Pleasant The property needs major upgrades. It was cheap but felt very dirty, run down, and old.
