Good value, no frills. Nothing in particular. Facility is old, especially shows it on the outside, but inside is clean and comfortable. Location was most important. Beds were comfortable, staff was pleasant and helpful. Room temperature, which is always a problem for me, was comfortable. No smells!!

Stressful but nice There is mandatory valet parking that is $25 a night. When we got to the room, there was no hot water. Eventually it got fixed. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Good Other Guests were noisy in open corridors late at night after bars closed.

Never going back. Ask for non smoking room but was given a smoking room. A dog barked all night even after calling the front desk to complain.
Pleasant Appeared old and very badly in need of a makeover. Location was good. Close to Capital and 6th street
