Pleasant The beds where to small and they told us that 25$ valet parking is for the hole trip
Fair Rooms, while clean, were not in the best shape, we had to evacuate a room due to an intense smell of sewage that developed out of the blue. The other rooms, while not smelling like sewage, did smell a bit moldy. Also, the rooms do not have great sound insulation, we had drunken neighbors who came home at 4 AM extremely loud and yelling and we could hear them loud and clear. Fair The elevators were rarely working. The building/stairs were dirty. The rooms were sad/tired looking. The free breakfast food items/choices were lacking. The noise from activity outside/close by was disruptive to sleep. Perhaps dual-pane windows would help keep the noise level down. We noticed that the staff were keeping customer bags of cookies behind the desk and assume that they were not giving them out but keeping them for themselves.
